Company history

  • Our company has been in the same ownership circle throughout its existence of more than 30 years.
  • The predecessor of our Company, AMPER VGM was founded in 1982.
  • In 1999, because of a legal obligation the company was formed into AMPER 99 Ltd.
  • In 2002 AMPER 99 Ltd. separated material trade from construction, and MOLKER Ltd. was founded.
  • In 2004 AMPER 99 Ltd. started real estate development activities and purchased its current site of 10,000 m2, on which it built a 2000 m2 warehouse and office building.
  • In 2015, the Owner further expanded the Company’s portfolio with industrial steel manufacturing and metalworking activities, and merging also electrical implementation the company Amper Metal Ltd. was founded.
  • In 2018, under customer, market and economic effects the activities were reseparated, and Electronic implementation has been performed within the frames of the company AMPER 99 Ltd.

    Electrical implementation, equipment manufacturing and maintenance

    MOLKER Ltd.
    Retail and wholesale of electrical materials, central procurement activities for Amper 99 Ltd.

    AMPER METAL Ltd.
    Machinery and machine parts manufacturing, steel structure manufacturing, technological engineering, maintenance, renovation of hydraulic cylinders.
